Nicholas Nobles, 18, is accused of selling drugs to another man in the parking lot of a Greenfield business.
An 18-year-old Greenfield man is accused of selling marijuana to another man inside a car in an area parking lot.
Nicholas A. Nobles was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Sunday with one count of delivery of a controlled substance. If convicted, he faces up to 1 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
At 9:15 p.m. Dec. 9, a Greenfield police officer was on patrol in the 7800 block of West Layton Avenue when he spotted a car parked behind a closed business. The officer saw three men in the car and when he approached it, he smelled marijuana coming from inside.
One of the men in the car had an active arrest warrant and the officer found a container of marijuana under the driver’s seat. Nobles was also in the car and the driver said he had just purchased marijuana from Nobles.
Nobles’ SUV was nearby and inside were five Oxycodone pills and marijuana pipes. He admitted selling marijuana to the driver of the other car.
He will make his initial appearance in court Feb. 1.
