District Offers Free Screening for Incoming Kindergarten Students

The Pre-Kindergarten Age School Screening is March 2, at Elm Dale Elementary School

Parents of prospective kindergarten parents have the opportunity to have their children’s growth, developmental milestones, and readiness screened at the Greenfield School District's upcoming Pre-Kindergarten Age School Screening (PASS) program.

PASS is free and open to all parents and their children who reside within the district that are 3 or 4 years old and have not yet attended 4-year-old kindergarten.

PASS will take place on Saturday, March 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Elm Dale Elementary School, 5300 S. Honey Creek Dr.

While at PASS, parents will observe their children take part in play and problem-solving activities. The results will then be discussed with professional educators and health and wellness experts.

Walk-ins will be accepted to PASS on the day of the event, but registration is encouraged.

For registration and additional information and registration, please contact the Elm Dale school office at (414) 281-7100, email Principal Christi Brzycki cbrzycki@admin.greenfield.k12.wi.us, or access the online PASS registration flyer.

PASS sounds like a great oppurtunity for students to get their little students on the right track when starting school.
