From food to money to gently used clothing, there are people and organizations who are in need.

 

Many Greenfield organizations, and some nearby, accept a variety of donations for their charities or business. Greenfield Patch has put together a list for those looking for a way to help.

Donations needed: Monetary donations to "promote growth of the Greenfield Public Library by developing and administering an active fit and memorial program for the library; and by encouraging and administering gifts, grants, endowments and bequests to the Corporation to benefit the Greenfield Public Library," according to the library's website.

Two more places are (1) Nursing homes such as Mount Carmel are always looking for clothes, booties, blankets, shoes, etc. and (2) Animal shelters are always in need of towels and blankets.
