Welcome back, Patch Blogger!

Introducing Greenfield Patch's Blog Week

Each weekday we'll profile one of our regular bloggers and give Greenfield Patch users chance to get to know them better.

For several months, we've been hard at work recruiting bloggers to help build our team of Local Voices, our community contributors who share their thoughts, feelings and expertise.

By writing about what they know best, from Whitnall wrestling to Alverno athletics, from community events to gardening tips, our Local Voices have enhanced your Greenfield Patch experience.

And this week, we're thanking a select few of those Patch-enhancers by celebrating Blog Week! What's that you say? You didn't even know there was a blog week? Well, that's probably because there wasn't one until Greenfield Patch made it up, in the same way as when someone created National Soup Month or Sweetest Day.

During Blog Week, we'll profile one Greenfield Patch blogger each weekday. We'll tell you more about that blogger, why that blogger decided to contribute to Patch and what it is he/she enjoys about the experience.

Hopefully, you'll come to appreciate the blogger's efforts even more, and maybe the profiles will inspire you to contribute your blog to the fastest-growing online community hub in town.

Here is Blog Week's lineup (subject to change, of course):

Monday, Jan. 30: Pastor Steve Rogers of Elim Tabernacle

Tuesday, Jan. 31: Jenna Czaplewski

Wednesday, Feb. 1: Jennifer Romero

Thursday, Feb. 2: Kevin Clark

Friday, Feb. 3: Josh Larson of Alvero College

About this column: Thoughts and observations from Greenfield Patch editor David Cotey. Related Topics: Blog Week and Local Voices
