Last Week's Top Greenfield Stories

Between the latest school news and some business updates, there was plenty happening in Greenfield last week.

After promising to be a good neighbor while they were trying to find a new home for their church, officials from The Ridge Community Church made headlines by donating a building to the City of Greenfield's Division of Public Works.

And as news broke that the church, which is renovating the old Walmart building, would be open sometime this spring Dr. Dawg owner David Ross announced his new restaurant would be opening in about a month.

In school news, the Greenfield School Board took steps toward filling its vacancies at the top of its administration, and the Greenfield Police Department responded to a controversial radio ad by Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke.

And don't forget about the men who caused disturbances with a knife at Walgrees, a knife at his apartment and a rifle at home.
