Police: Man Burglarizes Friend's Home to Steal Xbox
Milwaukee police officers accuse a Greenfield man of breaking into his friend's home after he calls his friend to make sure he isn't there.
A 22-year-old Greenfield man is accused of burglarizing a friend’s Milwaukee home when he knew the victim would be gone.
Justin M. Cheske was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Friday with one count of burglary. If convicted, he faces up to 7 ½ years in prison and $25,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
On Dec. 3, a man living in the 3300 block of South 57th Street contacted the Milwaukee Police Department after he came home and found someone had broken into his home via a sun room and stolen an Xbox gaming console. Cheske was interviewed the next day and admitted to the theft.
Cheske said he broke into the victim’s home because he had called him earlier in the day and knew his friend wouldn’t be home.
He’s currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail on a $250 signature bond while awaiting trial.

Why would you steal from your own friend. These guys must have had some problems in their past friendship.
