Man Charged for Huffing Dusting Aid While Greenfield Police Chased Him Around Booking Room
The 22-year-old suspect was originally taken into custody for huffing Endust in the Target parking lot.
A 22-year-old South Milwaukee man is facing charges after Greenfield police found him outside of huffing aerosol duster.
He then tried to keep huffing after being arrested.
Jesse William Johnston II was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Wednesday with one count of abusing a hazardous substance. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:
arrested Johnston after he was inhaling Endust, a dusting aid, outside of Target, 4777 S. 27th St., in an attempt to get high. Later, while in the booking room of the police station, Johnston grabbed the can from an officer marking it for evidence and began running around the room and huffing the substance until they eventually caught him again.

Johnston told officers he was inhaling the aerosol in order to ease pancreatic pain and that he can’t obtain a prescription for painkillers because he was recently using Suboxone.
Johnston is currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail and was assigned a $30 cash bond Wednesday.
