Man With Loaded Gun, Drugs in Car Charged With Two Felonies

Jose Alejandro Muniz-Munoz, a 20-year-old Milwaukee man and convicted felon, is in trouble again, police say, after a drug-related incident in Greenfield, police say.

According to court documents, Muniz-Munoz was charged with a pair of felonies in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on March 21, one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (cocaine) of 1 gram or less and one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana).

If convicted of both charges, Muniz-Munoz, who turns 21 this month, faces a maximum of 21 Β½ years of imprisonment and $35,000 in fines. The years of imprisonment are escalated because Muniz-Munoz has a prior conviction.

Greenfield Patch first reported on Muniz-Munoz back in October, days after he was pulled over by Greenfield police, who found drugs, . He was arrested for drunken driving, among other offenses, and subsequently urinated on himself back at the police station.
