Old Navy Returning to Southridge; Buca Di Beppo, Chico's Others Coming as Well
Southridge officially announced new tenants Buca di Beppo, Chico's, LOFT, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Old Navy at today's renovation completion ceremony.
Longhorn Steakhouse and LOFT will also be joining the tenant mix in 2013. Simon Properties representative Les Morris said Chico's would be coming into the mall as well.
"This is an exciting time for Southridge Mall and the local community," said Mary Mokwa, Southridge Mall Manager. "The complete renovation has added a diverse array of new retail and dining options to our tenant mix, and we're proud to share them with our loyal shoppers and visitors in this beauty beautifully updated shopping space."
Patch first reported that Buca di Beppo would be coming to the mall near Macy's last month. The 6,200 square-foot restaurant will be open in 2013 in the lower level of the mall near Macy's.
Old Navy will open a 12,860 square-foot store near the lower level of Macy's in 2013. The 20,000 foot-square store originally closed in June. Tilly's, Body Central and Buckle has since taken its place.
Other recent store openings include Macy's, H&M, Bachrach, Body Central, Buddy Squirrel, Crazy 8, Justice for Girls, Name of the Game, Teavana and Tilly's.
The $52 million renovations of the mall started in May 2011.
