people keep bringing up the HEAT -

I keep saying it's like nice warm hug on a cold January morning... and this... this just keeps giving and giving and ... etc... yeah, that's me ... I love a hug... HA!...

I'll join you pastor! All positive today...I have a meeting today on how to improve certain areas of the business. I'll need to choose my words wisely haha

I was really thinking that I would try to 1-up my day yesterday ... after a pretty successful challenge - you know - I messed up twice yesterday ... so I didn't quite make it ...
but then today I was wanting to see if I could not only skip a critical or negative word - but - 1 up that by stating a positive or encouraging word instead of simply (or NOT so simply) not saying something Negative ...
so - I promise you ... you don't even want to know... I can't do that today ... but starting now through end of the day tomorrow ... instead of NOT saying a negative word ...I will replace each negative thought / or tendency with a positive or encouraging word... hmmm...
right after this ...
when was the last time you had lunch or dinner or just a conversation with someone when all they did was say nice stuff about others...
I mean - instead of saying a she/he is such a good woman/man ... BUT...
when does that happen ...
I mean - it seems to me that almost every time I hear something positive about someone it is only a build up to what is really WANTING to be SAID...
Ok.. that in itself is pretty negative - sorry about that sudden relapse ...
this is why I have to work on this stuff...
soooo - starting NOW ...
oh, yeah... Now every time I say something good ... everyone is gonna be like - "I wonder what he really wanted to say...
well, I'm gonna just see if I can do this ...
