My daughter & new son-in-law bought me a Gotham Dream car - Lamborghini drive for my 50th birthday (it is the b-day celebration that just will NOT die).

Yeah, so far, my 50th year has been awesome.

So, Gotham Dream Cars sets up shop (or in their case a TRACK) out in the parking lot of Miller Park - a lot of curves and a short - really short - straight away outlined by cones.

Then they offer you a choice of four different cars - 2 ferraris  & 2 lamborghinis – and you get into the car of your choice and drive.

It was a blast – It just happened that I was the 50th driver of the car I chose at my 2 p.m. appointment last Friday.

I only got it up to 75 miles an hour – both because I chickened out & because I was checking out the speedometer causing me to hit the brakes a few moments before I really needed to – but I gotta say 75 never felt so fast – that is a quick and powerful and SMALL lil’ car.

If you watch the video I’ve got posted, you’ll see why I’m really beginning to believe that GOD did not create me with a Lamborghini in mind. Either my head is too big, or I’m a lil’ too tall.

But all in all, it was a GREAT drive and a GREAT gift …

My kids are amazing gift-givers…
