Whitnall Powerlifters Compete at State Once Again

The big event people should be talking about on March 9 in the Wisconsin Dells is the state powerlifting competition, where Whitnall will once again try and make its mark as number one in the state.

The coaches and lifters have worked so hard to qualify for state and after all that hard work there are some lifters with mixed feelings about state and how they will do.

"I'm eager to go back to state and do better then last time," junior Trevor Fuller said. "I hope I do well but I know it won't be an easy day."

Trevor competed at state twice before, never got the gold but he's still holding his head up for a chance at getting it this year.

"I have worked very hard all year to get to state, and to be honest I don't know if I care as much as I thought I did," junior Daniel Lak said.
