Reversing Insomnia, Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Alverno College, 3400 S 43rd St, Milwaukee, WI | Get Directions »
$48.00

2 Thursdays, November 8 – 15

Living on the fast track to success is great — until we reach the point that we no longer remember how to get off! In this workshop you will retrain yourself to find true relaxation; to soften musculature, slow your breath, mind and nervous system. Learn lessons and tips that allow you to regain the ability to sleep deeply, manage panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and other nervous disorders. These lessons are a fantastic alternative to anxiety or sleep inducing drugs. This is not a meditation class; we will use the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education to reorganize our disorganized state. These enjoyable lessons can easily be revisited again and again so that you can continue your training at home. Help yourself to satisfying sleep and a body that can enjoy peace.

Instructor: Laura Sebastian, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Cranio Sacral Practitioner

Note: Students must be able to lie on the floor.
