 r remember how to get off! In this workshop you will retrain yourself to
  find true relaxation\; to soften musculature\, slow your breath\, mind 
 and nervous system. Learn lessons and tips that allow you to regain the 
 ability to sleep deeply\, manage panic attacks\, post-traumatic stress d
 isorder\, anxiety and other nervous disorders. These lessons are a fanta
 stic alternative to anxiety or sleep inducing drugs. This is not a medit
 ation class\; we will use the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education to
  reorganize our disorganized state. These enjoyable lessons can easily b
 e revisited again and again so that you can continue your training at ho
 me. Help yourself to satisfying sleep and a body that can enjoy peace.\n
