Therapy Dog, Author Visit Among Library's Late Summer Highlights

Puzzle, a trained, licensed therapy dog, is available to help reluctant or emerging readers.

The is making sure the final few weeks of summer are just as exciting as the first few.

Puzzle, the newest member of the Greenfield Library family, is a trained, licensed therapy dog who would love to spend some special reading time with reluctant or emerging readers.

Time spent reading to the patient canine volunteer in a fun, relaxing and calm environment could give your child the confidence boost he or she needs to allow reading skills to grow.

Call the library at (414) 321-9595 Ext. 104 for more information or to schedule an appointment with Puzzle.

In addition to Puzzle, the library will host another special guest this month when Nick Bruel, author of Bad Kitty for President, visits at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 19.

Bruel’s books will be available for purchase at the event, or bring your own from home to be signed. This event is free and registration is not required.
