Owners of the clinic at 3374 W. Loomis Ave. bought the house to the north at 3352 W. Loomis and plans to raze it.
Initially, the expansion will include 14 new parking spots, but the clinic hopes to expand its building by 1,050 square feet at a later date.
The proposal will be reviewed by the city's Planning Commission at its meeting Sept. 10.
