The two-day event is at Kindred Health Care, formerly known as Mount Carmel.

Kindred Healthcare, , is giving Greenfield residents a chance to make a dent in their holiday shopping Friday and Saturday when the facility hosts its 33rd annual holiday bazaar.

The bazaar, , is one of Kindred’s largest fundraisers of the year.

There will also be several food and beverage booths, bringing the total number of booths up to nearly 25.

“It’s been one of our big fundraisers for the year for a long time,” said Sheila Muencheberg, Kindred’s Director of Activity Therapy. “It’s been very successful. Up until three, four years ago, it was mostly just the products the residents made, but then we supplemented (the bazaar’s offerings) with the vendors.”

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Admission and parking are free and the event is open to all.

“It’s a good time for the deer hunter widowers to come out and do some shopping,” Muencheberg said.
