No Major Power Outages, Damage Reported in Greenfield

According to We Energies, there are no power outages in Greenfield after last night's storms.

We Energies' power outage map shows no instances of outages within city limits. Late last night, there were minimal outages, according to the map, though surrounding municipalities were faced with powerless areas.

Sixty mph winds were recorded at Mitchell International Airport last night as storms downed power lines and trees throughout the region.

Marina Schmidt of Greenfield's Division of Public Works, however, said no major damage was reported to their office as of 10 a.m. and that DPW crews have responded to only a few calls for downed branches so far this morning.
