With chains like Subway and Anytime Fitness already in that complex, it would be nice to see something unique in that space. Casual, sit-down dining like Rio West or Corazon would be nice. The high school kids can always go to Subway, Sendik's, Vedo's, or other places up on Capitol like Cousin's or Wendy's.

Before I started reading requests for a hardware store, that was my vote. The one on Brady, for example, does just fine. Let's get something practical in there ... we have enough "luxury" type businesses already that I can't afford. Also, people who rely on the bus would benefit.

How about a Marc's Big Boy again? What? There are no more left in Wisconsin?! Crap...alright, hardware store it is.
