DATCP: Wisconsin’s No Call List Quarterly Deadline is November 30
To keep telemarketers away - The quarterly deadline for Wisconsin’s No Call List is November 30, 2013. Residents should register before the deadline to be protected from unwanted telemarketing calls and text messages beginning January 1, 2014.
DATCAP updates the list four times a year, January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. Individuals signing up after November 30, 2013 will not be added to the list until April 1, 2014.
A word of caution about registering cell phone numbers on the Do Not Call List. Cell telephone numbers are not published. Providing your cell phone number to the Do Not Call List allows unscrupulous entities and foreign, international entities to obtain the number by purchasing the Do Not Call List.

Political calls, calls from non-profit organizations and calls made in response to your written or verbal request or permission are not included with the No Call law. Additional information is at nocall.wisconsin.gov.
