Have a Veggie Hater in the Family?

The Greenfield Health Department is hosting a session along with Aurora Health Care and the Karen Yontz Women's Cardiac Awareness Center to help people learn about the value of vegetables.

The Greenfield Health Department is partnering with Aurora Health Care and the Karen Yontz Women’s Cardiac Awareness Center to present a session on Vegetables: Tips for Veggie Haters.

Residents are encouraged to attend and learn about all the wonderful benefits of vegetables in their diets – including vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. This session will be especially timely with the gardening and farmer’s market season soon to be upon us.

This session will be held in Room 105 at , 7325 W. Forest Home Ave. beginning at 6:30 p.m. June 5. Heather Klug, a registered dietician from the Karen Yontz Center, will be the speaker and will provide great tips on how to add vegetables to your diet.
