Milwaukee Animal Rescue Center Pet of the Week: Roxy

Roxy is a super girl looking for a super family. Is it yours?

Roxy's the perfect little snuggler! She's a super friendly girl who loves everyone she meets, humans and animals alike. Her best pal in her foster home is none other than the resident cat - they can hardly get enough of each other! She loves to be close to her person and considers herself the perfect little lap dog. Roxy's silly personality will be a constant reminder to take a step back and enjoy life. If we could sum her up in a single word: fun!

This sweet and very smart girl is learning basic commands and doing great with house training. For more information on Roxy and the other animals at Milwaukee Animal Rescue Center, visit the website at www.milwaukeearc.org and click on 'adopt' to download the adoption application. If you are interested in meeting this rock star of a pup, return your application to the Center during open hours or by fax, 414-421-8801, to set up a meeting with the foster parent. All adoptable dogs are housed in volunteer foster homes and available for meetings by appointment only. Most adoptable cats are housed at the Center and available to meet during open hours.

Those interested in potential adoption should plan to arrive at the Center at least 30 minutes prior to close so the adoption counselor has adequate time to devote to the visit.
