Pastel, an excellent media for drawing and painting, is a wonderful transitional media to learn about drawing and color in painting. Watercolor or acrylic can also serve as a perfect under-painting for pastel paintings. Learn about this media and save some of those less successful acrylic or watercolor paintings as well in this class. Special emphasis will be placed on color theory and layering to shimmering color.
