Help your Baby/Grandbaby Learn and Grow: Maximizing Language Development

Parents can be their child’s best teachers. The quantity and quality of time parents spend with their baby matters in developing his or her learning capabilities, school-readiness and emotional well-being. Through this workshop, expectant and new parents and new grandparents will learn techniques for effectively talking, reading aloud and imparting background knowledge to young children. Using the context of everyday experiences and activities, you will gain the information and strategies you need to help your child flourish.
