Reiki - Level II

3 Mondays, February 11, 25 and March 11

In Reiki Level II, you will gain an understanding of advanced hand positions for treating others as well as an overview of sending distance Reiki and using Reiki for emotional healing. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes the body’s natural healing abilities. A practitioner uses specialized hand positions to help bring life force energy into balance. The ability to use Reiki is not “taught,” but is passed on during an "attunement" given by the Reiki master. Prior Reiki instruction or the completion of Reiki Level I is required for this class.
