The Philippine Cultural & Civic Center Foundation in conjunction with their Free Medical Clinic will be hosting their 2nd Community Health Fair at Zablocki Park. It is open to everyone.
There will be screenings for dental, blood pressure, asthma, kidney function, diabetes to name a few. We will keep you posted as the different health care screenings are added.
