Legendsfest 2013 - A Benefit for Waukesha Women's Center
Legends of the Field will host Legendsfest on Friday, September 6, 2013.
Legendsof the Field has booked the following local sports legends that will be
available for autographs and photos for a minimum donation of $10
during the benefit for The Waukesha Women’s Center:
Gilbert “The Grave Digger” Brown, Green Bay Packer, Super Bowl XXXI Champion
Ron “The Great Dane” Dayne, Wisconsin Badger, 1999 Heisman Trophy Winner & NCAA All Time Rusher
Rollie Fingers, Milwaukee Brewer, 1992 Hall of Fame

Legends of the Field, a Hartland-based Sports Memorabilia and Athlete Marketing Company will host their 1st Annual LegendsFest at Naga-Waukee Park located in Delafield, Wisconsin! This inaugural event will benefit The Waukesha Women’s Center.
This
event is set to begin at 5:00 pm and will run through 10:00 pm. Local
legend Eddie Butts will provide entertainment from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
along with local celebrities. In addition to entertainment and local
celebrities, there will be a silent auction that will run from 5:00 pm -
8:00 pm, a “Stuff the Bus” will be designated for donations from The Waukesha Women’s Center
Wish List, a giant slide for kids, food, refreshments and treats.
Tickets are available prior to the event at $20.00 per person or $30/two
people, including parking, at any of Legends of the Field Sports
Memorabilia Stores or online at www.legendsofthefield.com. Tickets will also be available the day of the event.

The
Waukesha Women’s Center is an independent non-profit human service
agency founded in 1977. The Women’s Center provides a wide range of
free and comprehensive services designed to address the issues of
domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse. These services include
emergency shelter for abused women and their children, transitional
living, group and individual counseling, onsite and respite childcare,
child abuse prevention programming, legal advocacy and employment
counseling. The Center also provides Hispanic outreach, community
education programs, information and referral services, and a 24-hour
crisis line.
