JCI Greenfield Holds Annual Installation and Awards Banquet

JCI Greenfield installs 2012 President, Kate Vandervort, at annual banquet.

On Friday, Dec. 16, JCI Greenfield held their annual Installation & Awards banquet at Gus' Mexican Cantina in Franklin.

Fourteen members and guests attended the event, which also served as the chapter's Christmas party. Outgoing chapter president, Amanda Seifert, installed Kate Vandervort as chapter president for 2012. Vandervort joined JCI
Greenfield in 2010, and served as Community Vice President this year.

“I’m excited to lead this dynamic group of young people,” Vandervort said.

Seifert will serve as Chairperson of the Board in 2012. Seifert presented an award to Management Vice President Jenni Kroening, while the board presented Seifert with a gavel, the traditional gift given to the outgoing local chapter president.

Additional chapter board members will be sworn in at the first membership meeting of the year in January by Vandervort. Also in January, many members are expected to attend the JCI Wisconsin year-attend convention, which is being held at the Milwaukee Marriott West in Waukesha.
