Special Olympics Polar Plunge 2012

Bakers Square Team Wisconsin taking the plunge for Special Olympics Polar Plunge.

Continuing a tradition that started four years ago, Bakers Square will once again be partnering with Special Olympics during the month of February for the Annual Special Olympics Polar Plunge. Since 2008, Bakers Square has raised more than $30,000 for the Special Olympics chapters in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin and Minnesota. This money has made a real difference and allowed physically and mentally challenged athletes of all ages participate in sporting events at no cost to their families.

Bakers Square is being honored by the Illinois Chapter of Special Olympics to join as an official statewide Polar Plunge Sponsor in appreciation for all that the restaurant teams have done for Special Olympics since we started working together in 2008.

Bakers Square will once again be providing the Special Olympics with $5 gift cards for the nearly 9,000 participants in 14 Polar Plunge events taking place in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Iowa.
