Greenfield Patch's Newest Blogger is a 'Gleek'

I'll admit it: I'm a Gleek.

I have all of their CDs, well, except for the one with all the Madonna songs on it because, while a child of the 80's, I was never that into Madonna or her music. (I have downloaded a few of the songs from that CD, though!) The only reason I know about certain "Top 40" songs is because the characters on Glee covered them on the show. (I have a rather ... eclectic taste in music, but we can talk about that in a future post!) I'm even watching the reality program to find the next big star for the show.

I came a little late to the show, but I caught a fantastic post-Christmas sale at the Target on Hwy. 100 & Oklahoma to purchase the first season on DVD and furiously watched all the episodes before season two started. I'm hooked. Addicted. Immersed. And tonight, anyone at the Marcus Majestic Cinema is going to see it.

Last week, I was thrilled to win a prize package on Facebook, granting me some Glee goodies and two tickets to the special fans-only sneak peek of the Glee 3D Movie. (I'm not generally a fan of 3D movies; in fact, the glasses usually give me a headache. But, I'm willing to make certain exceptions, such as in the case of free tickets.)

I'll proudly don my swag and dance in my seat while trying very hard not to burst into song along with the cast as the movie goes on. (Wish me luck with that!) And, if you happen to be there and see me, don't be shy! Come share the love and be a "loser like me!"
