Read-A-Thon: Update 2

A second update from a book-lover's read-a-thon weekend.

It's been over a day since my first read-a-thon started, though I haven't been reading for 24 hours. I have, however, begun and finished three books. It has been a lot of fun and it's something I'd definitely do again!

After my update last night, I read (and finished) "Sam's Letters to Jennifer." I liked it. It was a very quick read; heartfelt, a little mushy, but sweet. Today I read "Hush, Hush," by Becca Fitzpatrick. It's the first in a series and I'm intrigued enough to keep reading. I found it a little bit slow in some parts, though. A lot of build-up to the romance that was a little lacking - even in a young adult novel. But a good read nonetheless.

I'm going to continue reading throughout the rest of the afternoon and evening, starting with "A Lady Never Lies" by Juliana Gray. What are the rest of you doing this fine weekend?

Steve, go down to the "village square" burn a blue fist. Or, maybe in front of WAL-MART.

As a producer I have better things to do. Drum circles are the blue fisters circle jerk.
