program has already directed more than $20 million dollars toward charities

“Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a disease that can devastate a family.
Learning that your child has SMA not only impacts the family emotionally but
financially too. Typically only a portion of the lifesaving equipment is
covered by insurance companies and many families affected by SMA are in need of additional resources and costly equipment to help their child live life to its
fullest.”
The Fall 2012 round of the Chase Community Giving program is designed to
benefit smaller and local charities by being limited to 501(c)3 charities with
operating budgets under $10 million. The top eligible charity receives $250,000
and the remaining 195 top charities earn $10,000 through $100,000 awards, for a
total of $5 million dollars in grants.
With the support of our volunteers, fans and local residents, Unite 4 Peyton
has the opportunity to get much needed resources to implement big changes!
Unite 4 Peyton has donated lifesaving generators, I-pads, purchased specialty
wheelchairs and provided financial support for many families affect by SMA.
