Autumn’s Brilliance

Enjoy the color, fragrance and sounds of fall and find ways to incorporate the plants that provide them into your landscape. We’ll take a look at trees, shrubs, perennials and of course ornamental grasses that can provide a colorful finale to the growing season.

Note: For the October walks, the Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens will offer free simultaneous activities and snacks for children (ages 3-9), freeing their parents to enjoy the Saturday fall nature walks.

To register, please call 414-525-5659. Admission is $20 per class for members of the Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens (FBBG), and $25 for non members. Class size is limited - so please register early.

The garden walks are sponsored by Kanavas Landscape Management, Stein Gardens & Gifts, Chef Jeff, Monrovia and Bobbex.

Proceeds support Children’s Plant Science and Environmental Education which is developed, funded and facilitated year round by the Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens.
