According to the criminal complaint, the roommate told police she was suddenly awakened by the man rubbing her vaginal area outside of her clothes, without her consent, while she was sleeping on or about Aug. 31.

The videos, at least two of which show the girl undressing before getting into the shower, and another that show what appears to be the man masturbating while looking through the same peep hole through which he apparently took the other videos, according to court documents.

The girl discovered the videos on her own phone after the man purchased a new phone for himself and used her email account to set up various features on it. Police say the photos and videos the man was taking with his phone were being downloaded on the girl’s phone as well.

If convicted, the man, who turns 18 this month, faces a maximum of 43 Β½ years of imprisonment, $110,000 in fines or both.
