Her mother eventually gave her daughter $43, but after doing so, she allegedly grabbed her daughter by the neck, in front of the daughter’s two young children.

The 70-year-old told police her daughter called her and told her she wanted to come over and smoke marijuana with her and eventually started arguing. She admitted to grabbing her daughter’s lower jaw and holding her mouth shut.

A police officer also confiscated non-prescription narcotics from the apartment.

The daughter received a municipal citation for delivery of a controlled substance and the mother was cited for disorderly conduct after the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office decided against criminal charges.
