Alleged Hooters Peeper Charged with Disorderly Conduct

David Steck has a history of disorderly conduct and trespassing charges for similar events to the one he allegedly took part in March 13 outside Greenfield's Hooters restaurant.

A 28-year-old Wauwatosa man with a history of inappropriate behavior has been in municipal court following a recent incident outside .

David Steck, formerly of Greenfield, has a court date of April 25, after allegedly peering through the restaurant's windows and making a motion indicating he was masturbating March 13. According to the Greenfield police report, a Hooters employee caught Steck in the act, and Steck took off running from the scene.

He was apprehended the next day, but the District Attorney's office decided against processing the complaint because no victim saw the suspect’s genitalia.

According to police, Steck has been previously for window peeping and lewd and lascivious behavior.
