Franklin Man Allegedly Caught Masturbating in Store Parking Lot
Suspect is standing outside of Pacific Produce with his pants around his ankles when a woman and her boyfriend spot him masturbating while people are walking in and out of the store.
A 31-year-old Franklin man is facing charges after he was caught allegedly masturbating in the parking lot of a Greenfield grocery store while standing outside of his car.
Michael Timothy Morrow was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Tuesday with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On Sunday, a man and woman went to Pacific Produce, 5455 S. 27th Street, and spotted Morrow standing in the parking lot facing the business. The woman said Morrow was outside of his car with his pants around his ankles and masturbating while looking into the business as people entered and exited the store.
The woman called police, who found Morrow still standing in the parking lot, but found he had moved his car from where the woman had reported he was.
