Greenfield Woman Threatens to Kill Graduates

The woman lives in Greenfield, but allegedly emailed threats to students at the University of California-Irvine.

Lost among the recent string of unrelated stabbings and Wednesday's homicide investigation was this weird story about a Greenfield woman who was arrested for threatening to kill college students at a graduation ceremony in California.

Today's TMJ4 uncovered this crime nugget yesterday. Dawn Dewane, 42, allegedly anonymously emailed University of California-Irvine students, telling them she was going to kill them at graduation.

The threats allegedly stem from anger Dewane has toward a female student she believed had an affair with her husband.
