The suspect later returned and left in his car, which had been parked in the Hooters lot. The Hooters employee got the license plate and Greenfield police traced it to the suspect, formerly of Greenfield, who was cited for prowling for a in July.

The next day, Greenfield police located the suspect at his home in Wauwatosa and arrested him for lewd and lascivious conduct, but on Friday, March 16, the District’s Attorney’s office decided against processing the complaint because no victim saw the suspect’s genitalia.

According to the police report, the department has had several contacts with the suspect for similar situations.
