At 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Neal was pulled over by a Greenfield police officer in the 5100 block of South 27th Street for a plate violation. The officer was allowed to search Neal's car and found a bag of marijuana. He then saw Neal’s cell phone, which was receiving text messages at the time of the search, from someone wanting to buy “a dub” of marijuana.

Nearly 30 grams of marijuana were inside the car and a further search of Neal’s cell phone showed more text messages pertaining to marijuana sales.
