Woman Accused of Passing Forged Prescription
Lindsay M. Pallo, 21, told police she passed the prescription at the Kmart pharmacy in Greenfield for two male friends as a favor, according to the criminal complaint.
A 21-year-old New Berlin woman is accused of passing a forged prescription for Oxycodone at a Greenfield pharmacy.
Lindsay M. Pallo was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Tuesday with one count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and one count of delivery of a controlled substance. If convicted, she faces up to 13 years in prison and $60,000 in fines.

On May 26, Pallo, accompanied by two men, went to the pharmacy inside Kmart and handed a pharmacist a prescription for Oxycodone pills. The pharmacist was suspicious of the prescription and had Pallo present her drivers license in order to get the pills.
After the prescription was filled, the pharmacy discovered the prescription was forged from a stolen prescription pad and contacted the Greenfield Police Department.

Officers went to Pallo's home in the 12500 block of Graham Street in New Berlin, where she admitted getting the pills for two male friends. Pallo said she didn't get paid for the transaction, but felt intimidated by the men and decided to do it as a favor. She said the men also told her they would fill the prescription in her name if she didn't go along with the plan.
Pallo will make her initial appearance in court Nov. 7.
