At 12:20 a.m. Aug. 8, a man living in the 2500 block of South Bremen Street went into his basement to do a load of laundry and when he came back upstairs, Arms and Pursley were standing in the house. Pursley charged at the victim and pulled his head to the floor and began yelling, while Arms ransacked the home. He then zip tied the victim’s hands and feet and demanded to know where money was.

The man laid on the floor while they continued to look around the house and then left. The man looked around after they left and found they only took his PSP.

Police were able to obtain a fingerprint from the scene, which was traced back to Arms. He admitted to the crime, saying he and Pursley went into the house through a window.

The men told police they robbed the man in his house because they were told there was 2 pounds of marijuana inside, which they planned to share.

Both men are currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail on cash bail.
