Police Blotter: Three Men Arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing

That and other reports from the Greenfield Police Department from Feb. 16 - 22.

Two 21-year-old men and a 22-year-old man were taken into custody for trespassing and disorderly conduct in the 4300 block of South 51st Street at 4:15 p.m. Feb. 20.

Police received a 911 call from a screaming female stating the men had guns and bats, according to the police report.

The men were booked and released. Β

The following are more incidents reported in the department's police log from Feb. 16-22:

  • A 46-year-old man was taken into custody for alleged shoplifting at , 4200 S. 76th St., at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 14. The man was booked and released.
  • A 12-year-old was taken into custody for swearing at teachers Feb. 11, at , 3200 W. Barnard Ave.
  • A 27-year-old man was taken into custody for alleged possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 4800 block of South 27th Street at 4:15 p.m. Feb. 14. The man was booked and released.
  • Two 17-year-old boys were taken into custody for alleged retail theft at , 4200 S. 76th St. at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 15. The boys were booked and released.
  • A woman called police after seeing an abandoned bicycle and hearing a man screaming on the bike path near Beloit Road at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 16. Police found a 21-year-old man off to the side of the bike path upset that he had just broken up with his girlfriend. Police advised the man to move along.
  • A 23-year-old woman and a 24-year-old woman were taken into custody for alleged retail theft at , 4200 S. 76th St. at 2 p.m. Feb. 17. The women were booked and released.
  • A 27-year-old man was taken into custody for alleged disorderly conduct after he supposedly used foul language during a traffic stop at the corner of West Loomis Road and West Cold Spring Road at 3 a.m. Feb. 18. The man was the passenger in the vehicle. He was booked and released.
  • A computer, electronics and money were taken from an apartment in the 4600 block of West Holt Avenue during the evening of Feb. 17. The tenant was not home at the time of the theft.
  • A 26-year-old man was taken into custody during a traffic stop for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana in the 7800 block of West Layton Avenue at 5 p.m. Feb. 19. He was booked and released.
