Police Blotter: Woman Watches Unknown Man Leave Her Car, Garage

A resident in the 4200 block of South 122nd Street reported an attempted burglary at 12:05 a.m. Jan. 23, after she heard her garage door open, went outside and noticed a man exiting her vehicle and walking northbound on South 122nd Street.
The woman reported nothing was taken.

- A 26-year-old woman reported a GPS was stolen from her vehicle during the night of Jan. 22 or early morning of Jan. 23 in the 4800 block of S. 95th Street.
- Two 31-year-old men and a 25-year-old man were arrested for alleged possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the 4300 block of West Loomis Road at 2 a.m. Jan. 23. One of the men had an outstanding warrant with the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department.
- Two vehicles at the were reportedly broken into while parked in the parking lot, according to a report made to Greenfield police at 1 p.m. Jan. 23.
- A 46-year-old woman was arrested for alleged shoplifting at 4601 S. 27th Street at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 23.
- A 20-year-old man was arrested for alleged retail theft at at 4:25 p.m. Jan. 23.
- A 48-year-old man was taken into custody for allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 3500 block of S. 49th Street at 8 p.m. Jan. 23.
- A 25-year-old man reported the tires on his Jeep Cherokee were slashed in the 4200 block of South 60th Street around 12 a.m. Jan. 24.
- A 65-year-old man was arrested for alleged drunk driving in the 4500 block of West Forest Home Avenue at 3 a.m. Jan. 24. If convicted it would be his third offense.
- An employee at , 3707 W. Loomis Rd., reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill from a female customer at approximately 6:15 p.m. Jan. 24.
- A woman reported her catalytic converter from her Honda sports utility vehicle was taken in the 5200 block of West Midland Avenue at 2:25 p.m. Jan. 25.
- The manager at , 4296 S. 76th Street, reported a man allegedly ran out the doors with a basket full of unknown items at 3:05 p.m. Jan. 25.
- An employee at AT&T, 4739 S. 76th Street, reported a man approximately 20 years of age allegedly ran out of the store with a display phone at 7 p.m. Jan. 26.
- Two men, 29 and 32, were cited for alleged battery after reportedly getting into a fight during a basketball game at the .
- A 50-year-old man was taken into custody for alleged drunk driving in the 3900 block of West Howard Avenue at 2:15 a.m. Jan. 29. If convicted, it would be his third offense.
