A security guard at Target, 4777 S. 27th St., told police he spotted Hagler pick up a $129 printer from the store’s electronics department and attempt to walk out of the store without paying on June 24.

The guard and another employee confronted Hagler before he could leave the store and a fight ensued, according to the criminal complaint.

Hagler eventually dropped the printer and was forced out of the store.

However, the guard walked back into the store, bent over to pick up the printer when Hagler punched him in the face. Hagler cracked the guard’s lower molar in his jaw, the criminal complaint says.

Hagler then picked up the printer and walked out of the store, the court documents say.

If convicted, he could face up to four years and three months imprisonment, $20,000 in fines, or both.

Hagler is currently at-large; a warrant has been issued for his arrest, according to online court records.
