River Hills Family Fun Center Burglarized Again

Sometime between 9 p.m. June 18 and 8:45 a.m. June 19, a suspect stole $1,150 from the business located directly across the street from the Law Enforcement Center.

For the second time in less than three weeks, the , a popular spring and summertime hangout for teens and families alike, was victimized by a burglary.

Sometime between 9 p.m. June 18 and 8:45 a.m. June 19, a suspect or suspects stole $1,150 from the business, 5401 W. Layton Ave., directly across the street from the .

According to the Greenfield Police Department report, an employee arrived the morning of June 19, and found the front door was unlocked. There were several dollar bills scattered around the floor and behind the counter and the cash register had been turned over and left open.

Earlier this month, the business’s ATM machine was taken. That burglary suspect, , is in custody, but the suspect in the most recent case is not, according to Greenfield Police Capt. Mike Brunner.

River Falls told TMJ4 she hopes the suspect is brought to justice.
