The woman then tried turning onto a road between two dealerships, but Huang cut her off, got out of his car and began kicking her minivan while yelling profanities at her. A female employee of was walking out of the dealership and to her car when she saw what was going on.

She told Huang to stop, and he then ran toward the employee and began to hit her in the head until other employees came to her assistance. He then ran back to his car and drove off.

Huang later told police he was on his way to Target when the woman began to honk at him, which made him angry. He decided to follow her and after getting to the dealership he yelled at the woman who worked there because she should have been minding her own business.

He said he went to take her phone away and may have hit her while trying to do so.

Huang will make his initial appearance in court Friday.
