Sexting Not Sexy for Suspected Burglar

Suspect faces additional charges after police say he sent pictures of his penis to an underage girl from his cell phone.

As if burglary charges weren't bad enough, a Racine teenager is also accused of taking pictures of his penis with his cell phone and sending the photos to an underage girl.

Zachary T. "White Boy" Cook, 17, was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of burglary, two counts of exposing his genitals and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to 10 1/2 years in prison and $45,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, in Mount Pleasant was getting ready to take a shower when she heard a banging noise in the back of the house. She went to go see what it was and found Cook standing in her sun room.

The woman ran out the front of the house and waved down a passerby to get help while Cook ran out the back of the house and into a wooded area. Officers say they searched the wooded area and found a phone that was traced back to Cook sitting on top of some leaves.

Officers called Cook's mother, who said her son lost his cellphone and would bring him to the police station to pick it up. However, she later called the police back saying her son told her the phone was lost "in a bad spot" after he gave it to a friend who broke into a home and lost it.

Police searched the cell phone and found text messages referring to breaking into homes, then found pictures of Cook's penis, which he reportedly sent to the teenage girl.

The defendant was apprehended by Racine police on Oct. 25 after a neighbor in the 1400 block of Kentucky reported a suspicious person. RPD turned Cook over to the MPPD after he was in custody.

Cook made his initial appearance in Racine County Circuit Court Tuesday.

JW..The Packers bent over backwards to keep Favre and after he said no and they made the plans to move on Favre wanted back in, he's at fault for what happened to him.

I am not saying sexting isnt an issue. I think in Favre's situation there was quite a bit more to it... mainly the fact that it took so long to come out. Between adults its, well, between adults. It is not something I would partake in, but I think its relatively harmless in many cases. We were not privy to the various conversations that preceeded it. If he was harrassing her, that would be a bigger issue. The fact that she held onto a picture and ensured it got out later, there is some doubt there regarding her part in it. Being someone who posed in Playboy, I find it hard to believe she was affected in much of a way by receiving a picture. She probably laughed and showed it to friends, as most women would do, and then perhaps felt he was a creep because he was married (because yeah, that was the bigger creep aspect to it in that case). But by getting the picture out publicly, she defintely gained more exposure from the situation (pun not necessarily intended). My point is... I still think its a different type of situation than the one in this story in terms of level of severity. But, all in all, I just tire of the way some always look for and take an opportunity for Favre-bashing when its there.
