Max Siepert, who made national headlines for his act of generosity last week, was at it again Monday.

Ten days after he made a donation of $10.03 to the Greenfield Police Department after learning about the heroic efforts of police and firefighters during the attacks of 9/11, Max dropped off a bag of money at the Greenfield Fire Department.

The donation came courtesy of the FOX 6 newsroom. Employees collected money and gave it to Max, an 11-year-old Greenfield Middle School student, during an interview on the station's Studio A show.

The show's hosts told Max to do whatever he wanted with the money; he said he'd donate the money to the fire department, and he made his special delivery, an unspecified amount of money, Monday afternoon.

Since his donation to the police department received national attention, the Greenfield Police Foundation has received more than $1,000 in donations from people across the United States and Canada, according to Assistant Police Chief Paul Schlecht.
