Waukesha Man Charged After Huffing Areosol Duster in Greenfield Driveway

Suspect's mother watched him inhale the substance in his car then have a seizure.

A 26-year-old town of Waukesha man is facing charges after he was caught huffing aerosol duster in his mother’s Greenfield driveway.

Jacob A. Alessi was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Friday with one count of intentionally abusing a hazardous substance. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.

Alessi’s mother spotted her son Wednesday sitting in his car in her driveway in the 5100 block of King Arthurs Court in Greenfield. He appeared intoxicated. She continued to watch him and saw him begin to inhale a can of Blow Off aerosol duster and then have a seizure, so she called 911.

Alessi admitted to inhaling the duster to police. He was assigned a $250 signature bond Friday.
